Cancellation Policy

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule or reschedule through the website or by phone; texting is acceptable.
Social media and email requests for bookings or cancellations are not accepted.
Deposit and Fees:
A 25% service fee is required upon booking and will be deducted from the total service cost.
48 hours notice is needed to reschedule while keeping the deposit. Transfer of the deposit is allowed only once.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellations will also forfeit the deposit.
Same day cancellations will be considered a no show.
Cancellation Policy for Non-Permanent Makeup Services:
If you cancel any non-permanent makeup services with at least 7 days' notice, you will not forfeit your deposit.
No Show Policy:
No shows will incur a full service charge (up to $300).
No shows for complimentary services will be charged a $45 fee.
Appointment Confirmation:
Confirm your appointment via the automated system; failure to confirm does not count as a cancellation.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving 15 minutes late requires a rescheduling of the appointment and another deposit.
Time Zone Awareness:
Be mindful of your time zone; appointments are based on Eastern Time.
